What we collect
When you use our estimate form we collect only what we need to call you back: your name, phone number, the service you're asking about, and anything you choose to write in the message field. That's it — no accounts, no payment details.
We also store a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for a short time with each form submission and each chat message. It can't be turned back into your address and we never use it to work out who you are — it exists only to stop the same machine spamming the form or running up the assistant, and it is wiped on a short schedule.
How we use it
To respond to your request and, if you become a customer, to schedule and complete your job. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing lists.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and delivered to us by email. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person and not a bot.
The chat assistant
The chat window on this site is an automated assistant, not a person. What you type into it — and any photo you attach — is sent to Google (Gemini), whose model powers it, so it can generate a reply. We don't use those conversations to train anything, and we don't keep a copy of the chat itself.
If you ask the assistant to have someone call you back, the name, phone number and short summary you gave it are saved as a lead in the same way a form submission would be, and emailed to us.
Photos you send us
Photos are optional everywhere they appear — you never have to send one. A photo attached to the contact form is emailed to us and is not stored on this website. A photo sent to the chat assistant is passed to Google (Gemini) to be looked at, and the image itself is not stored either. One thing worth knowing: if you ask the assistant to have someone call you back, it saves a short written summary of what you need so we can help you properly — and where you've shared a photo, that summary may describe what it showed.
Please don't include anything in a photo you wouldn't want us to see — we only need the attic, wall or crawl space.
Analytics
We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site today. If that changes, we'll name the tools here and explain what they capture before they go live — not after.
Questions or removal requests
Email info@fahrenheitfoam.com and we'll delete your submission on request.
